How it works
A prospecting system.
A producer-ready handoff.
Target the accounts your agency can write, reach them by email, and give your producers the context to follow up.
The campaign walkthrough

at each stage.
See how we select trucking prospects, develop the email sequence, route interested replies and report what happens next.
Step 01 / Target
Build the audience around the business you can write.
We develop trucking audiences from FMCSA and other prospect data, then segment by state, fleet size, commodity, operation type, and available renewal information. Your team confirms market fit before outreach.
Renewal information is checked where available; it is not assumed from FMCSA records alone.
Step 02 / Prepare
A considered setup before the first campaign.
Dedicated outreach domains and inboxes, authentication, warm-up, and sender-health checks prepare the program for launch. We write the sequence around an audience your producers actually want to speak with.
Step 03 / Reach out
Four thoughtful touches. One relevant conversation.
The sequence introduces the agency, adds a useful reason to respond, follows up on timing, and closes the loop. Interested replies move to a person; opt-outs are removed from further outreach.
- Introduce
- Add context
- Check timing
- Close the loop
Step 04 / Hand off
Your producers take over with context.
Interested replies receive an automated acknowledgment and are automatically routed to your agency. Your producers take over discovery, submissions, quoting, and closing. We agree on routing contacts, response ownership and tracking before launch.
Sample handoff · fictional prospect
Example trucking company
Interested · fit to confirm- Operation
- 5 power units · dry van · California
- Renewal
- In 45 days, stated by prospect · producer to verify
- Fit to check
- Operating radius, cargo and carrier appetite
- Assigned to
- Agency’s designated producer
“We’re reviewing our renewal. What would you need to look at options for our five trucks?”
Producer confirms fit, contacts the prospect and records the quote status. Original reply and contact details accompany the handoff.
Automatic acknowledgment and routing start the handoff. An interested reply becomes a qualified opportunity only after fit and intent are confirmed.
Step 05 / Measure
Know what became a conversation, a quote, and a policy.
Campaign reporting connects response activity with the quote and bind updates your team provides. We keep interested replies, qualified opportunities, quotes, and bound business separate so the monthly review is useful.
Sample monthly view · illustrative figures
| Measure | Example | Recorded by |

Example layout, not client results or a forecast. Actual reports identify dates, sources and attribution. Stages overlap and should not be added; quotes and binds may follow in a later month.
Designed to create qualified quote opportunities. No guaranteed lead count or policy sales.

A defined market and a producer ready to respond are the starting point.
We manage the prospecting.
Audience development, sending infrastructure, campaign copy, reply routing and monthly reporting.
Your team owns the relationship.
Confirm appetite and insurance-related copy, follow up with interested prospects, and record quotes, binds and agency revenue.
What makes an agency ready?
Bring your licensed states, available markets, target operations, fleet profiles and exclusions. Assign a producer for replies and a reviewer for campaign copy. We agree on tracking, available data and follow-up capacity before launch. Owner-operator and fleet segments are scoped to your appetite; complex fleets require a fit and data review.
What happens during the pilot?
Month 1: prepare the audience, infrastructure, messages and handoff. Months 2–4: launch as sending readiness allows, monitor responses and refine the campaign. Review opportunity quality and recorded outcomes together before deciding on continuation.
The pilot is a four-month engagement at an introductory rate of $2,000/month. Standard ongoing management is $3,000/month, available only if you choose to continue. There is no obligation to continue after the pilot. The standard rate does not automatically include higher sending volume or more leads.
Do you guarantee leads or policy sales?
No. We commit to the agreed campaign work and reporting. Results depend on audience fit, data quality, market conditions and producer follow-through. Interested replies, qualified opportunities, quotes and policies are tracked separately.
Can we keep our website and systems?
Yes. A website rebuild is not required. We establish the routing and tracking workflow around the systems and people your agency already has.
